"ROGER WILLIAMS ASSOCIATION" BRASS PINS
Cast from the original pre-1906 hub & die
RWA Brass Pin
Some time ago when we sorted our treasures, preparing to put them into the Archives at Roger Williams University, we discovered an old hub and die that had been used early in this century to make a Roger Williams Family pin. We know the pin was made before 1906 when the Association was incorporated as Roger Williams Family Association. The pin has the initials RWA which stands for Roger Williams Association, the name of our organization from its inception until its incorporation. We had 250 of these gold-plated brass pins made and soon sold out. We recently placed another order for this popular item and are pleased to offer them here again. They are about the size of a nickel with an attractive scalloped border and the initials RWA intertwined.
